Is there any Orthodontic Hospital that makes you stay there for months, so the treatment can be done faster?

Hello there, I would like to know if there's some sort of Hospital/Clinic that makes intensive orthodontic treatment...I have overbite and I want to fix this but I want to get this done in the faster way possible, I would travel the world if there's any kind of Hospital of this type...Please tell me that is...thanks for your help!
