What is a good lower quality FREE MMORPG?

Hey guys, I'm looking for a FREE alternative to World Of Warcraft, but less of a graphic intensive type game, It can be any size of a game, but I just like the mechanics of WoW and it's casting and such, any help is appreciated and the best gets the best answer, thanks.
