My face is sooo oily when I put on this make-up by Neutrogena. What else should I use thats okay for acne?

I can afford drug store products only. No card. And I purchase netrogenas expensive acne foundation that is supposed to be good for healthy skin, oily skin etc. Right now Im using Healthy skin liquid make up. & a tiny bit of estee lauder my mom gave me, the re-nutriv intensive comfort. Should I switch back to mineral? I hate how messy it gets but if that is the make up that is better for acne & oily skin then.....???
