Can someone help me with a letter to a judge?

Ive been charged with battery against my parents and I need to write a remorseful letter to the judge of the juvenille court. since i got out of juvie, i have completed intensive outpatient therepy (over 30 hours), i have volunteered at animals shelters, and attendended school everyday , got my grades up and obeyed probation rules. i need to write all of my improvements in the letter plus show that i am sorry. can someone help write me a sample letter?
