i have a recital coming up and right after that, im doing this summer dance intensive where i'm dancing A LOT most days of the week and i will be starting on pointe. i also have a huge national competition in july and i just realized i have shin splints. im icing, massaging, and resting as much as i can but is there any other ways to speed up the process? plus should i visit my doctor if its just a mild case?
