How many calories should I be eating as a rower?

Hi, everyone. I'm 3 days in to my intensive summer endurance training for crew (rowing). I'm an 18 year old guy, 6'0 and 176 pounds. I'm averaging about 60-80 minutes of rowing each day, anywhere from 15-25000 meters. I'm just wondering how many calories I should be consuming to maintain my muscle mass and loss any excess fat? Right now I'd say I'm around 2400. Thanks :)
