I want to improve my English language by taking a 4-6 weeks course in the US?

I am 24 now, my English language ranges between very good and excellent.. I want to practice it in the US, I am also looking for a new cultural experience... I might as well be joining a dance school for an intensive course .. which state and school do you guys recommend? how much will it cost? ( I was actually considering NY and CA...
